Every first screen costs real time: reading applications, testing English, walking candidates through the CRM. ChatterCert moves that baseline check before the interview — with credentials you can verify at the source instead of claims you have to take on trust.
ChatterCert gives agencies a verifiable first-screen signal for chatter hiring: live credentials covering the CRM platforms agencies use, written English, and industry language. You open a candidate’s credential link and see its current status straight from the issuer — no screenshots, no PDFs, no guesswork.
The screen you already run, minus the part where you take someone’s word for it.
A candidate says they know the CRM, write natural English, and speak the language of the job. Today you test all of that yourself, one candidate at a time.
ChatterCert tests it once, properly: scenario-based, server-graded assessments for each skill, built for this specific job.
The result is a live credential you check at the source. Open the link, read the status, move on to the interview questions that actually need a human.
A useful signal is a bounded one. Every credential states what it covers and what it leaves to your own interview and trial.
| Credential | Status | Measures | Does not measure |
|---|---|---|---|
| Certified in Infloww — Level 1 | Enrolling now (beta) | The chatter-facing Infloww workflows agencies expect — Messages Pro, Vault Pro, Smart Messages, attribution, and account safety. | Sales performance, speed on your account setup, or team fit. |
| Certified in FansMetric — Level 1 | In production — join the founding launch | FansMetric's chatter workflows from inbox to payout tracking, taught for day-one usefulness on an agency team. | Sales performance, speed on your account setup, or team fit. |
| Certified in CreatorHero — Level 1 | In production — join the founding launch | CreatorHero's app and extension workflows for chatters, from conversation handling to team coordination. | Sales performance, speed on your account setup, or team fit. |
| ChatterCert English Proficiency | Open now (beta levels) | A CEFR-aligned assessment of the written English chat work actually uses: reading, vocabulary, grammar, register, and timed writing. | Speaking, listening, or sales ability. |
| ChatterCert OF Chat Language | Enrolling now (beta) | The job's own vocabulary — terminology, abbreviations, and register — taught SFW and tested with a focused assessment. | General English proficiency or persuasion skill. |
CEFR-aligned — never claim "CEFR certified" or equivalence to IELTS/TOEFL. English Proficiency levels carry a beta marker while scoring cutoffs are calibrated against real attempts.
This is a sample of what you see when a candidate shares their link. The real page always lives on this domain — that is the point.

Awarded to
Credential name and level, holder display name, current status (valid, lapsed, or revoked), the date it was earned, how long live verification runs, the certification ID, and the course version that was tested.
Holder verification: when you need proof the person in front of you controls the credential, one click asks the holder to confirm through the email the credential is bound to. You get a timestamped confirmation on the page.
Sample preview with placeholder holder data. Verify any real code at chattercert.com/verify.
Recognition is flexible — use the signal where it saves you the most time.
List a credential as required for applications. Candidates arrive pre-screened on the baseline you care about.
Keep applications open, but move verified holders to the top of the pile. No process change required.
Put existing chatters through the courses to standardize platform knowledge and language across shifts.
Make certification part of onboarding, so new hires reach the inbox with the basics already tested.
We are recruiting a small group of agencies to use the credential in real screens and shape what it covers next.
What “recognize” means — exactly: a nonbinding statement that your agency accepts ChatterCert credentials as one screening signal. It does not commit you to interview, hire, or rank anyone. It costs nothing, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Founding partners get direct onboarding help fitting the credential into an existing screen, and a direct line into what the certifications test next. We only name partners publicly with explicit approval, after the credential has been used in real screening.
What checking a candidate looks like in practice — about a minute per candidate.
Add one line to your application form or job post: “Include your ChatterCert credential link if you hold one.”
The link resolves on this domain. If someone sends a screenshot or PDF instead, treat it as unverified.
Valid, lapsed, or revoked — each has a precise meaning shown on the record, along with the course version tested.
For final-round candidates, request holder verification to confirm the person you are talking to controls the credential.
The ChatterCert marketplace connects agencies with candidates whose credentials are already verified.
Agency beta — applications open
Agencies browse verified, certified candidates and post openings — every profile is backed by live credentials, not claims.
Certified chatters can publish a hiring profile and apply to agency openings — credentials attached, no client data exposed. Post your openings and reach candidates who have already done the baseline work.
A screening signal is only as good as its weakest rule. These are the rules.
Assessments are scenario-based and graded on the server. Correct answers never ship to the browser, and retakes are controlled rather than unlimited.
Candidates certify without exposing client or fan data, and can hold credentials under a pseudonymous display name bound to a verified email.
Revoked credentials do not disappear. The page stays up with a red status, so a withdrawn credential cannot circulate as a valid one.
Platforms change. Every credential shows the course version it was earned against, so you know what was actually tested.
