Certified in FansMetric — Level 1 is an independent certification that proves a chatter can operate FansMetric, the analytics-first platform OnlyFans agencies use for secure creator access and chat work. The course is in production; one membership covers it at launch, alongside the live ChatterCert credentials.
What the credential will prove
FansMetric is more than a chat window. Chatters work across the desktop OnlyFans Client, Messages Pro, and Vault Pro, with analytics recording every message. An operator who knows the platform reads spend tags at a glance and never re-sends paid content by accident.
The certification shows an agency you can do that on day one — verified on a live page, not claimed in a DM.
What a certified operator can do
- Work the OnlyFans Client: switch creators and chats, read every color-coded spend tag, and act on them.
- Pull up a fan's spend, subscription status, traffic source, and AI Chat Summary in seconds — and hand off cleanly.
- Read Vault Pro status tags (Posted, FREE, PAID, UNPAID) and the per-fan overlays that stop double-sends.
- Insert scripts with Tab-autofill, and respond correctly when Banned Words blocks a send.
- Build a targeted smart (priority) mass message with exclusion lists and the spenders-only filter.
- Explain deferred attribution — why sales that land after your shift still credit the messages you sent during it.
- Describe what ChatBlue is and how fans reach it through iMessage, SMS, and WhatsApp.

Planned assessment format
- Module quizzes: 8–12 items each, 80% to pass, unlimited retries.
- Final exam: 40 questions in 50 minutes, pass at 80%, drawn from a randomized bank of about 120 items.
- Weighted toward the operational core: the OnlyFans Client, Messages Pro, Vault Pro, and mass messaging.
- Two attempts are included. After a second failed attempt there is a 7-day lockout, then paid retakes at $24.99.
A live credential, not a PDF
Passing will issue the same live credential page every ChatterCert certification uses. Here is a sample of what an employer sees.

Prerequisites
No prior FansMetric experience is assumed. The chatter-facing core is desktop-app only (Windows or macOS), so hands-on practice needs a desktop machine.

The course will be completable without a live FansMetric seat — screenshots and guided walkthroughs cover every step.

One membership covers all five certifications — the three CRM platform credentials plus English Proficiency and OF Chat Language — with live credential verification while active. Certified in FansMetric is in production; founding members get it at activation at no extra charge.
Frequently asked questions
Is the FansMetric certification available today?
Not yet. The course is in production. Founding-launch members get it as soon as it activates, and membership already includes the live ChatterCert credentials in the meantime.
Is this an official FansMetric certification?
No. ChatterCert is independent. “Certified in FansMetric” describes what the course teaches — operating the FansMetric platform. FansMetric has not endorsed or sponsored it, and no affiliation is implied.
Do I need the FansMetric desktop app?
The chatter-facing core — the OnlyFans Client and Messages Pro — runs in the desktop app on Windows and macOS. The course teaches from screenshots and walkthroughs, so you can finish it without a live seat.
How is this different from the Infloww certification?
They are separate credentials for different platforms. Concepts like priority mass messages and vault workflows transfer, but the surfaces, attribution rules, and exams are platform-specific. Many chatters hold both.
What will the FansMetric exam look like?
The planned format is 40 questions in 50 minutes, pass at 80%, drawn from a randomized item bank — the same server-graded, no-back-navigation exam engine as every ChatterCert credential.
Will membership cover the FansMetric course when it opens?
Yes. Membership includes every certification as it is released. Founding members pay nothing extra when Certified in FansMetric activates.
Why does FansMetric attribution get its own lessons?
Because it is the most disputed topic on chatter teams. FansMetric uses deferred attribution: a PPV unlock or tip that lands after a period still credits the messages sent during it. The course teaches the rule precisely so your numbers make sense.
