What is ChatterCert?
ChatterCert is an independent training and certification platform for chatters — the professionals who run fan conversations for creator agencies. It teaches the CRM platforms agencies use, tests written English and industry language, and issues live, link-verifiable credentials that employers can check at the source.
Which certifications does ChatterCert offer?
One membership covers six certifications: OF Platform Basics, Infloww, FansMetric, and CreatorHero for CRM platforms, plus English Proficiency and OF Chat Language. Each one is a course or assessment with a timed, server-graded exam and a live, link-verifiable credential. A separate Chatter Training track (Chatter Foundations and Chatting Fundamentals) is sold as individual courses.
How much does ChatterCert cost?
Membership is $4.99/mo or $25/yr and includes all six certifications. The English Proficiency assessment is also available standalone for $39 with 12 months of live verification. Chatter Training courses are separate purchases: Chatter Foundations is $49 and Chatting Fundamentals is $69.
Is ChatterCert affiliated with Infloww, FansMetric, or CreatorHero?
No. ChatterCert is independent training and certification. Each platform name is a trademark of its owner, and no endorsement by any CRM platform or employer is implied.
How do agencies check a ChatterCert credential?
Every credential lives at a permanent link on chattercert.com that shows its current status — valid, lapsed, or revoked — in real time. Agencies open the link or enter the credential ID at chattercert.com/verify. Screenshots and PDFs are not authoritative; only the live page is.
Does a ChatterCert certification guarantee a job?
No. Certification proves specific skills and gives agencies a verifiable signal, and certified chatters can publish a marketplace hiring profile. It does not guarantee a job, an interview, or any level of earnings.
