Certified in CreatorHero — Level 1 is an independent certification that proves a chatter can operate CreatorHero, the desktop suite that layers agency tooling over OnlyFans itself. The course is in production; one membership covers it at launch, alongside the live ChatterCert credentials.
A different platform, a different skill set
CreatorHero works differently from full CRM replacements: chatters work inside OnlyFans, with CreatorHero's Chatting UI and browser extension layered on top. That means multiple surfaces to master, license tiers that change what a seat can see, and attribution rules worth knowing cold.
The certification shows an agency you already understand that world — the surfaces, the statuses, and the rules — before your first shift.
What a certified operator can do
- Name the three surfaces — the Chatting UI, the OnlyFans view with the extension, and the web dashboard — and what lives in each.
- Read every PPV Overview status arrow, and filter to fans who saw a PPV but did not buy.
- Generate a Chat Summary before taking over a conversation, so nothing gets lost in handoff.
- Read Fan Info fast: spend, buy rate, local time, origin tracking link, and the PPV Timeline.
- Send a Priority Mass Message to a fan list correctly, with includes and excludes.
- State both sales-assignment rules — who gets a PPV sale, who gets a tip — and spot an automation's message before replying to it.
- Diagnose a missing feature as a license-tier gap, a permission gap, or a bug.

Planned assessment format
- Module quizzes: 8–12 items each, 80% to pass, unlimited retries.
- Final exam: 40 questions in 45 minutes, pass at 80%, drawn from a randomized bank of about 120 items.
- Weighted toward the operational core: the Chatting UI, fan intelligence, automation recognition, and sales assignment.
- Two attempts are included. After a second failed attempt there is a 7-day lockout, then paid retakes at $24.99.
A live credential, not a PDF

Prerequisites
No prior CreatorHero experience is assumed. Because CreatorHero works inside the OnlyFans interface, you should be comfortable with the native OnlyFans chat layout; Module 1 covers where OnlyFans ends and CreatorHero begins.
Software access
The course will be completable without a CreatorHero seat — screenshots and guided walkthroughs cover every step. On a real seat, feature availability depends on the creator's license tier and your permissions; the course teaches you to recognize both.
Get it at launch
One membership covers all five certifications — the three CRM platform credentials plus English Proficiency and OF Chat Language — with live credential verification while active. Certified in CreatorHero is in production; founding members get it at activation at no extra charge.

Is this an official CreatorHero certification?
No. ChatterCert is independent. “Certified in CreatorHero” describes what the course teaches — operating the CreatorHero platform. CreatorHero has not endorsed or sponsored it, and no affiliation is implied.
What makes CreatorHero different from other agency platforms?

What are CreatorHero license tiers, and why do they matter?

Two rules: a PPV sale credits the team member who sent that PPV, and a tip credits the chatter who sent the last message before it. The course teaches both precisely, plus the reassignment path when credit lands wrong.
