Which chatter skills transfer—and which platform workflows do not.
Infloww, FansMetric, and CreatorHero are the three CRM platforms our courses cover. This is a skills-transfer map for chatters — not a product ranking, and not advice on which platform an agency should buy.
For chatters, the core skills transfer across Infloww, FansMetric, and CreatorHero: conversation triage, reading fan spend and context, the vault-to-PPV send workflow, recognizing automated messages, and understanding sales attribution. What does not transfer is the platform-specific layer — interface layout, feature names, and exact mechanics like attribution rules — which takes days to relearn, not months. The agency chooses the CRM, so learn the platform your target agencies use.
How to read this comparison
A CRM platform, in this industry, is the software layer an agency runs on top of creator accounts so a chat team can work conversations without holding the creator's own login. A chatter meets these platforms as a worker, not a buyer: the agency picks the tool, and the chatter's job is to be fluent in it.
So this page compares one thing only: what a chatter learns on each platform, and how much of it carries to the others.Everything here reflects what our own courses teach about each platform's chatter-facing workflows. We do not rank the platforms, compare their pricing, or judge features we do not train on.
The concepts that transfer — and their local names
Master these on any one platform and you have learned the job. The table shows where each concept lives per platform.
| Transferable concept | In Infloww | In FansMetric | In CreatorHero |
|---|---|---|---|
| Working the inbox — triage, claiming conversations, not colliding with teammates | Messages Pro | The desktop-app OnlyFans Client, plus a Messages Pro chat window | The Chatting UI inside the desktop app |
| Fan context at a glance — spend, status, history, notes for handoffs | Fan insights panel, tags, and fan notes | Fan Info tab (overview, chat insights, PPV insights) and fan notes | Fan Info panel, PPV statistics, and note presets |
| Content library & PPV sends — find media fast, price it, send it | Vault Pro: search by category, hashtag, and notes | Vault Pro: custom-color tags, notes, suggested prices | Vault with labels, categories, and price info |
| Not re-sending what a fan already has — the classic paid-content mistake | Sent-status tracking and a grey overlay on sent media | Vault status tags and per-fan content overlays | PPV Overview with per-message engagement statuses |
| Script use — inserting and adapting saved templates | Scripts (in Growth) | Scripts with search and Tab-autofill | Scripts with placeholders and folders |
| Automation awareness — knowing when a bot already messaged your fan | Smart Messages (seven behavior-based triggers) | Welcome sequences, auto online messages, bump messages | Welcome messages, PPV follow-ups, and message-history tags |
| Mass messaging — priority-inbox sends vs. standard blasts | Priority mass message vs. OF mass message | Smart (priority) mass messages with list targeting | Priority Mass Messages and online mass messages |
| Compliance filters — what happens when a message is blocked | Sensitive Words | Banned Words | Blacklisted Words (with wildcards) |
| Your numbers — reading your own sales and performance | Employee reports, sales records, leaderboard | Chat Analytics and performance reports | Chatter Stats and daily tables |
| Account safety — 2FA, never sharing credentials, escalation paths | Taught in every course; the rules are identical | Taught in every course; the rules are identical | Taught in every course; the rules are identical |
What does not transfer: each platform's own layer
Beyond the shared concepts, each platform has workflows with no direct equivalent elsewhere. These are the areas where an experienced chatter switching platforms needs real relearning time — and the areas interviewers probe to check platform-specific claims.
Infloww-specific
- Split Inbox conversation claiming and Multi-Window for running several creators in parallel.
- The Smart Messages system: seven automation triggers with a priority hierarchy deciding which message wins.
- AI Copilot reply suggestions and the AI Translator, gated by per-seat credits and permissions.
FansMetric-specific
- The browser-dashboard vs. desktop-app split: chatting happens in the desktop Client, and knowing which surface does what is itself a skill.
- Color-coded spend tags in the chat list and cross-account fan insight — a "new" fan's history may span other connected accounts.
- Deferred sales attribution: sales landing after a period can still credit to messages sent during it.
- ChatBlue: a built-in SMS/iMessage channel where fans text a phone number — its own inbox, scripts, and sending limits.
CreatorHero-specific
- Three surfaces to keep straight: the desktop app's Chatting UI, the standard OnlyFans view with an extension overlay, and the web dashboard.
- Per-creator license tiers and permissions — the reason a feature can exist for one creator seat and not another.
- Fan numbering and the inbox splitter, which divide a fan base into up to nine assigned inboxes.
- Precise attribution rules: a PPV sale credits whoever sent that PPV; a tip credits whoever sent the last message before it.
Note what this list is not: it is not a feature scoreboard. A workflow appearing under one platform does not mean the others lack an equivalent capability — it means the workflow is distinctive enough that switching chatters must learn it fresh.
Who chooses the CRM — and what that means for your learning path
Agencies choose their CRM based on their own operation: team size, creator portfolio, and how they like to run automations and analytics. Chatters inherit the choice. That leads to a simple learning strategy:
- Targeting specific agencies? Find out what they run (job posts usually say) and learn that platform first.
- No specific target? Pick one platform and learn it properly rather than sampling all three. Depth on one beats surface familiarity with three, because the transferable concepts only become skills through real fluency.
- Already fluent in one? A second credential is the cheapest way to widen your job market — you already know the concepts, so you are only learning the platform-specific layer.
